Counselling
Counselling is a collaborative process that supports individuals in engaging in change for the betterment of their wellbeing. In choosing to participate in counselling, individuals may explore feelings, experiences, self beliefs, and/or mental health challenges that may be interfering with personal development and/or performance. This enhanced self-understanding can help individuals identify previously unknown patterns and these new insights can support and influence the change process. The counselling space is a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment.

Mental Performance Consulting is a collaborative process that facilitates the development of mental and emotional skills, techniques, attitudes, perspectives, and processes that lead to optimal performance and positive personal development.
